Trident FC is a competitive developmental club. As part of that we desire to encourage your child to push beyond their comfort zone to help them achieve their maximum potential. When it comes to playing time for matches we do not adopt a win at all costs mentality. All kids will play every game, however that won’t translate to equal playing time. We will strive to balance playing time with our overall vision to develop the players and also field a competitive team. Playing times will vary game to game based on the opponent and our tactical needs. Given the club's desire to allow for players to pursue other interests, and therefore limit practice to once per week, the expectation is that all players will prioritize participating in their respective Trident practice.
